We are a family with one spirited little boy and a friendly dog.
Tomaž’s grandparents originally built the house as a family holiday retreat. In recent years, however, it had been sitting empty, so in 2023 we decided to breathe new life into it. We began a complete renovation and created three separate apartments for guests seeking a peaceful and home-like getaway.
We invited renowned architect Jure Kotnik to join the project—he developed the concept design for the entire house, created the visual identity, and chose a name that captures the spirit of our new beginning.
Tomaž took on the renovation himself, with the help of skilled and big-hearted friends. The house has truly become a labor of love—built with our own hands and a great deal of dedication.
As a young family who has traveled extensively with a dog, we understand how important it is to feel at home, even while on the road. That’s why we paid special attention to the needs of families with children and pets when furnishing the apartments. Upon prior request, we’re happy to provide everything needed for babies and toddlers—from cribs and high chairs to toys—as well as comfort for your four-legged companions. We believe a holiday is only complete when all members of the family are together.
